Chairman’s
Profile
Dr. Prabhakar Kore is a well known name in
the field of Indian education. As the Chairman
of the KLE educational society since 1984, he
has contributed significantly to the society’s
emergence as a premier education provider
through more than 200 educational institutions
spread across India. Under his guidance, the
society offers education, in various streams of
learning right from school education to streams
like Pharmacy, Nursing, Management Studies,
Computer Applications, Engineering etc.
Dr. Prabhakar is also known for his social crusades
covering a wide range of responsible activities
designed to bring a smile to the face of people
with whom he comes into contact. He has won
numerous awards and accolades including
‘Suvarna Karnataka Rajyotsav Award – 2006’ for
outstanding contribution in the field of education
by the Govt. of Karnataka, Life Time Achievement
Award for Education, Service and Commitment
to Society awarded for the very first time by
Veershaiva Samaj of North America in New York,
‘Outstanding Educationist’ of the year 2004 by
‘Giants International Group’. He was honoured

We are living in fast changing and dynamic times,
where the right education plays a crucial role in
enhancing one’s lifestyle in the future. As the
Chairman of the Group I take great pride in the
ability of our academicians to raise the standard
of our students through sustained activities
enabling them to face the growing demands of
the world. We mould our students to become
successful and become leaders in their chosen
sphere of activities. The success that we foresee
for our students is backed by the strength of our
team and the long term vision that we have for our
students.
My vision has always been to have a clear sense of
purpose and to use this as a compass which will
help me to navigate the school’s journey towards
exceeding everyone’s expectations.

as Eminent “Educationist” for the outstanding
contribution in the field of education by Karnatak
Sangh under the aegis of Ambassador of India
Qatar in December, 2009. He was also felicitated
at Long Island, New York by “Nargis Dutt
Foundation” of North America for work in the field
of Education and Health Care.
